Building a Sales Page in an Hour

If you were to say…

“Is it possible to build the best sales page in an hour?”

Most of you guys would say “Uhhh… maybe. We have to do the copy, dEsiGn….”

Blah blah blah

You know what I would say?

I’d say “How much are you paying me?”

And if the price is right, then the work is done.

That’s how I operate.

Now all the rhetoric aside, let me actually give you guys what you came here for.

And that is [How to Build a Banger Sales Page in an Hour]

I don’t literally mean an hour, so don’t sue me later.

You see…

The first thing I’d do is…

Find out what kind of audience am I working with?

In other words, market research.

Now this helps in a couple of things.

- how long should the sales page be?

- what kind of language do I use?

- how quickly can I transition?

These are key metrics that you have to gauge before you start writing.

Once you have a good understanding of these, then you can move on to the copy.

One advice I’ll give you is, keep the copy short, simple and easy to read.

Because the average guy has less than 2 brain cells.

You need to write for a 3rd grader.

That’s important.

Next are 2 things that make or break your page.

The first one is a VSL.

If you are funneling cold audience to your page, then you need to have a VSL

You’d be an idiot if you don’t have it.

Because the people landing on your page barely know about you.

They saw an ad and they clicked on it.

Now it’s your turn to turn them from cold to warm leads.

How do you do that?

Easy.

Follow this step-by-step.

Have a Lead Magnet to your email list.

Provide more value in the lead magnet than they would find anywhere else.

Give them a good experience while reading the lead magnet.

And the second way is to have a good VSL that educates people and doesn’t sell.

LP means Landing Page btw

The only goal with your LP needs to be to educate the customer so badly that they buy without you having to ask.

And for that you have to provide immense value.

After the VSL, the next important thing is the social proof and CTA.

If you have enough social proof, then use it shamelessly.

It’s like having muscles. Flex them on people.

Show them that you can do what you’re claiming to and you’re not bluffing.

Assert confidence in their minds.

Stand out as an authority.

Then there’s the CTA.

I talked about it before and I’ll say it again.

Have only 2 types of CTA on your LP.

- a CTA into your email list a.k.a lead magnet

- a CTA to buy your product

Anything more and you’ll end up confusing people, because remember people have less than 2 brain cells.

After figuring those out, there remains yet another last aspect.

This usually goes unnoticed and is mostly under-appreciated.

And that is the design of the landing page.

How the elements are positioned and how smooth is the flow.

Even if a customer doesn’t buy from you, you need to make sure that he at least likes you.

And that’s only possible through a good customer experience.

At this point you know almost everything about a sales page.

But I can’t stress this enough.

And no coaching/course teaches you about this.

It’s EXPERIENCE.

The more LP’s your build, the more experienced you’ll get.

It’s that simple.

And that’s how I would build a sales page in less than an hour.

I know for a fact you found this valuable.

And as a “Thank You” to you guys for reading this, I’ll be giving you guys early access to my next giveaway.

It’s coming out in a couple of days.

I’m putting some final touches on it.

That said, have a great week ahead guys.

And crush it.
